My classroom management philosophy is to engage my students, be fair, provide structure, and procedures to help establish positive behavior and enhance learning.

Class Dojo will be my number source of classroom management and communication with parents.  Students will receive positive and "need work" points on Class Dojo and rewards towards 

students that are implementing positive behaviors.  The positive behavior intervention and support will build character and 

help the teacher focus on their instruction goals.
